For the first time in our industry an operator can not only complete a hydraulic bolting task solo, he can do so and be remote from the bolting tool. This largely eliminates the risk of hand crush injuries and significantly mitigates risk of oil injection. A simple ergonomic design allows the operator to mount the tool onto the application before moving out of the line of fire to energise the tool. This applies to overhead applications as well as horizontal or vertical applications.
